Who We Represent

Ordinary hardworking people from all walks of life.

There are always plenty of lawyers willing to work for and represent big corporations, insurance companies and the government. Our Firm is committed to providing high quality and personalized legal representation and help for hardworking individuals and small business people. Our goal is to make a positive difference in our client’s lives.

Real victims suffering real pain
That is why we represent widows and orphans and people whose limbs have been broken and lives have been disrupted because someone, some business or some government agency was careless indifferent or just plain mean. We represent people who never expected they would suffer an unexpected injury or tragic loss of a child, spouse or parent because of someone’s negligence or recklessness, much less need to retain an attorney to help them sue for legal damages.

Most of our clients will tell you they “are not the suing kind.” What they did not realize is that big corporations, insurance companies and government bureaucracies do not see these events as tragic losses for which they have a moral and legal obligation to compensate the injured party for the damages they have suffered. They see these incidents threats to their “bottom line.” We help real victims who have suffered real injuries and losses in their efforts to provide for their families, see their children get an education and stitch their lives back together as they recover from the loss of a limb a traumatic brain injury, paralysis, or work to fill the gap in their lives left by the sudden loss of a spouse or child.

Real people when they need it the most
Our commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of our clients is also why we represent people who are facing unfair or unfounded criminal charges and accusations. Our clients range from young men and women just starting out in life to successful businessmen and women. Some have made simple mistakes. Some suffer from addictions never properly treated. And some are simply innocent. Each case is different. But every case involves a person who finds themselves in difficult circumstances and surrounded by a system and a society willing and ready to assume they are guilty and beyond redemption.

We fight to help our clients establish their innocence and exonerate themselves where possible. Where exoneration is not possible, we work to limit the damage our clients have done to themselves, their families, their businesses and careers. In all cases we help our clients to find ways to redeem themselves, reconcile their lives and reenter society as productive citizens.
